This is a powerful product idea. But even more, it's a raging great market. I'll bet every business and their mother will be trying to make their website mobile-friendly over the next few years. You don't have to dominate this trend to make a viable business. For those businesses who can live with a transcoding approach instead of a purpose-built mobile site, this offer can be compelling.
